So, we got back from Japan, with our stuffs, and then the stuffs we mailed to ourselves, and then this week more stuffs from online auctions and stuffs:



Which means we've gone from stuffs to Scary Box Pile Time. We will open and sort and take the silly piccies, don't be a-worried.

But then we got this fabulous linkie from fellow Stitch fanatic itsnymo.

"LOOKIT ALL THE NEW STITCHIES!!!" we whiney-whined to Mr. Tiki. "And they opened it up three days after we left Tokyo!!!" *sniffles*

"You know what this means?" our spouse opined, suddenly donning an expression of stereotypical anime determination.

*sniffles* "Wha-?"

"WE MUST GO BACK TO TOKYO!!!!!"

Reallies, the way he said it, we could almost see the little beads of perspiration and action lines around his head. Hee.

These are actually minis. They look like lei's, but we'd like to discourage actually trying to wear 'em around your neck, as it might be hard to swallow.

And, in answer to your question, no, we have utterly no idea - we had to run to work, and didn't want to muck about trying to open the bottle.

So, as we were foiled in our Evil Plan to share a sample of Banana Daquiri, we have instead given in and purchased an entire bottle of BPAL Tiki Queen.

Boneboy posits that we'll smell not unlike cheap sunscreen.

We just hope it doesn't attract yellowjackets.

Since there was burning interest (OK, actually, just two of you, but since, on a very good day, a total of three people will read this blog, that represents a quorum), we here present some notes regarding last night's revelry.

1) Get cup of hot cocoa (with marshmallows). Plant butt on couch. Watch Sailor Stars marathon!

2) Go to Trader Vics for tiki tiki drinks!! Eat lots of food that is bad for me!!!

Whilst we were dancing around Edmonton with Elvis Trooper, the J Dizzney Mall sold out of Halloweenie Beanie Tiki Stitch!!!!!

*sniffles in undignified fashion*

This morning's theme: people who give us stuff! 'Cause, there's nothing better than stuff. Unless it's more stuff.



A lovely gift from the lovely aelfsciene. From Archie McPhee, where we've never EVAR found Stitchie stuff!

We thought 'twas a mat of some kind, but Mr. Tikistitch demurred. "It's a book cover! See! There's the binding."

Perhaps it's a mat and a book cover? And a dessert topping, mmmmm.....

Went to the Dizzney store this weekend to check out the new summer party set.

Ended up buying, er, kind of a lot.....



Wowsers. Besides the Stitchie plate and cup, we also got party platters and pitchers and even a cocktail shaker. (The tiki guys look like they've been lifted from Finding Nemo.)
