Subject: Re: Beressa Pullip
I guess you can see from my postings on Pullipdoll that I do not, for one
minute, think that the doll is wearing a Nazi uniform.
It is merely a uniform.
I appreciate that you have your own convictions and will not wish to
compromise on your principals.
May I suggest that we not add this doll to our collection ( I personally do
not like the hair) and wait for the next doll in Aug 2005?
Pullip is innocent of these politics and wars. She is a doll of virtue.

It's very nice of Madison to suggest that *both of you* avoid buying the doll, rather than even *mentioning* to Jun Planning about the SS-like quality of the outfit.
It's nice that your moral qualms about the Nazi uniform are on par with his dislike of her hair! :D
XD
Stitch: Tiki Terror
Pullip: Doll of Virtue!
I may've found my new user icon.... Thankee, Robspierre!
Picture of Alice
Text: "Pullip is a doll of virtue."
Picture of Beressa
"Without terror virtue is impotent."
:9
... this is all making my brain explode.
I wonder if her name is a play on Beretta.
Anyway, I think you'll probably get a better response from Rudi than Madison. Mads is very good at skirting serious issues.
I'm now wondering though if it was *my* email (which I posted in my LJ) that made him think there was a "petition" to Jun Planning?? I've now heard several people now refer to a petition. All I've done is send one (1) email to Madison, and I honestly tried to make the tone more of "What do you think?" than "Cancel this doll immediately or face my WRATH! Bwa-ha-ha!"
